Baby Fever...

No joke, everyone around me is having babies! When I total up the number of people I know that are pregnant right now, just pregnant not those who have had babies recently, it comes to a total of 12. I am sure that I have missed someone and I am sure that I will be adding someone else to that list shortly. I guess that I have reached that age where most of the people I know are married and are now having babies. I am so excited for the arrival of these little ones I just didn't realize that I had reached this point in my life.

I think there are 2 questions that come to mind when people find out that you are having a baby, "What do you want?" and "What names have you picked out?" I am not speaking from the viewpoint of an expectant mother but I am speaking from the viewpoint of a friend of expectant mothers. I find myself asking these questions and watch others do the same. Consequently, I have started thinking of names I like for my future children, if I have any. I think I freaked my mom out a little bit when I told her I had names picked out in the event that I have children. I think I will keep this from my dad, we don't need him in the hospital again. ;-) I have to get my top pick for my baby names so that my loved ones know not to name their children that. Am I right? I say that with a teasing attitude but I am also slightly serious.

I am super happy for all of the soon-to-be mommies and maybe someday I will be in there shoes...maybe.
